For Mash Get Smash

You really can't go wrong with a nostalgic tin of Cadbury's Smash. Love it or hate it that instant, powdered potato was one of the big food hits of the 1970's - all thanks to the martians and it's catchy For Mash Get Smash tag line.

One of the tins still has it's original price tag on the back, 34p. Now that's value!

Retro Classic Games

A couple of cool new games have just gone into the store. I LOVE Misfits, it is a real favourite from my childhood and Mike Read's Pop Quiz, well, that's an absolute 1980's classic too.

1970's Birthday Cards at Geek Goes Vintage

Happy Birthday 70's Style

I'm loving these 1970's vintage birthday cards. Still in their original cellophane packaging, they are a real, kitschy blast from the past.

New In Today

1950's Erica Typewriter in original carry case. It's in full working order and still has a complete set of cleaning brushes tucked away in the internal pocket. It's a beautiful machine.

Geek Goes Vintage at Kibworth Antiques Centre, on the A6 between Kibworth and Market Harborough. Sixty dealers over four floors, it's a vintage shoppers heaven.
